Assurance Builders, Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor in Tucson, Arizona. Our company has been in business since 2001 and we work primarily in Pima, Pinal, Cochise, and Santa Cruz counties.
We are a full-service residential and light commercial contractor that specializes in:
• New home construction
• Doors & window modifications and replacements including bay windows, multi-slide patio doors, and window walls.
• Remodels, additions, and garages
• Guest homes
• Accessibility modifications for senior citizens and individuals with disabilities
• Special projects such as sound studios, home offices, workshops, craft rooms, and libraries
• Bathrooms and kitchens
• Small tenant improvements

Assurance Builder’s professional employees have chosen construction as their career. Each employee has a long history of working in the Tucson community. Our management team has a combined 50 years experience and have worked as carpenter journeyman, building inspector, general contractor, framer, superintendent, project manager, and window /door installer. Our professional team has a thorough knowledge of the trades and we are confident in a quality product from beginning to end.
